Greetings Brothers, Sorors, and Guests

Welcome to the official website of the great State of Illinois of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.  It is an honor and privilege for me to have been appointed the new Illinois State Director.  As Illinois State Director, it is my goal to: strengthen our state's membership; implement strategies to produce more effective programming; and ensure that we are serving our communities according to our motto "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity."

In the "Land of Lincoln" we have the privilege of having the largest financial membership in the Great Lakes Region.  We are also the home state of Phi Beta Sigma's Model Alumni Chapter.  We have the largest financial individual contributor to the March of Dimes 2007.  In addition, 70% of our collegiate chapters have maintained the highest cumulative GPAs on their respective campuses.  In Illinois, we continue to make huge strides through membership growth and leadership development.

Phi Beta Sigma continues to lead the way in serving our constituents and promoting our principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.  Brothers, this is a great time to come back to the fold of Sigma.  I have vowed to serve this great fraternity to the best of my ability and I look forward to working with you! Remember brothers, there is strength in numbers!
